Sharing and Embedding

Share your Suites with others via links or embed them on your website.

Sharing and Embedding

Once your Suite is built and ready, it is time to get it in front of your users. FormWise gives you two main ways to share a Suite: a direct link and an embed code for your website.

Before you share

Make sure these two things are in place before sharing your Suite:

  • Status is Active - Your Suite must be set to Active for anyone outside your team to access it. If it is still in Draft, switch it to Active in the Suite's settings.
  • At least one published Flow - Your Suite needs at least one Flow with a live (production) version. If all your Flows are still drafts, publish one first.

The simplest way to share your Suite is with a direct link.

  1. Open your Suite from the Suites page.
  2. Make sure the status is set to Active.
  3. Click the Share button.
  4. Copy the share link.
  5. Send it to anyone - via email, Slack, social media, or wherever you like.

Anyone who clicks the link can access your Suite directly. They do not need a FormWise account to get started - a user account is created for them automatically within your Suite so their usage and credits can be tracked.

Embedding on your website

If you want your Suite to live inside your own website, you can embed it using an iframe.

  1. Open your Suite and click the Share button.
  2. Copy the embed code. This is an iframe snippet that you can paste into any webpage.
  3. Add the snippet to your website's HTML where you want the Suite to appear.

The default embed size is 100% width and 700px height, but you can adjust the iframe dimensions to fit your layout.

Controlling where your Suite can be embedded

To prevent unauthorized sites from embedding your Suite, you can set up an allowlist of authorized URLs.

  1. Open your Suite and go to the Settings tab.
  2. Find the Embedding section.
  3. Add the URLs of the websites you want to allow (for example, https://yourcompany.com).
  4. Save your changes.

Only the domains you add here will be able to embed your Suite. If someone tries to embed it on a domain that is not in the list, it will not load.

Public access and Suite users

Shared Suites are designed for public access - your users do not need an existing FormWise account. When someone opens your Suite for the first time, they automatically get their own user account within it. This account tracks their usage, credits, and personalization settings.

You can monitor who is using your Suite and how many credits they have consumed from your FormWise dashboard.

Monetized and gated sharing with Storefronts

The share link and embed described above are direct, open access - anyone with the URL can get in. If you want to charge for access, gate content behind sign-in, or offer tiered plans, share your Suite through a Storefront (beta) instead. A Storefront is its own branded entry surface with a dedicated link, end-user sign-in, and plan-based entitlements; your Suite's Flows and personalization work the same way underneath, while the Storefront adds the paywall and access-control layer on top.

Quick checklist

Here is a quick summary of the steps to share your Suite:

  1. Set the Suite status to Active.
  2. Confirm at least one Flow inside is published (has a live version).
  3. Click the Share button.
  4. Copy the share link or embed code.
  5. Paste it wherever you want to share - a website, an email, a message, or anywhere else.

That covers everything you need to know about Suites. If you have not set them up yet, head back to Creating a Suite to get started. To learn more about the Flows that go inside your Suites, check out the Flows section.
