Getting Started
Everything you need to know to get up and running with FormWise.
Getting Started
FormWise is a platform that lets you build, deploy, and share AI-powered Flows and Agents - all without writing a single line of code. Whether you want to create a smart chatbot, an automated workflow, or a custom AI form, FormWise gives you everything you need in one place.
What you can do with FormWise
- Build AI Flows - Use a visual workflow builder to design Flows powered by large language models like GPT, Claude, Gemini, and more.
- Create Agents - Set up AI Agents (personas) that can reason, make decisions, and take actions on behalf of your users.
- Deploy instantly - Publish your Flows with one click and get a shareable link or embed code.
- Bundle Flows into Suites - Group related Flows and Agents together and share them as a collection.
- Connect your knowledge - Upload documents to a Knowledgebase so your Agents and Flows can reference your own data.
- Track everything - Review execution history and logs to see how your Flows are performing.
Creating your account
- Go to builder.formwise.ai and enter your email address. There is no password.
- Check your inbox for a 6-digit code and enter it to sign in.
- If the sign-up page asks you to create a Formwise Classic account first, do that, then come back and sign in with the same email address.
- Once you are signed in, you will be taken to the onboarding flow.
After you sign in for the first time, FormWise will guide you through a short onboarding process:
- Name your company - This creates your organization and its workspace address. You can rename it later in Settings.
- Tell us your name - Shown on your profile and in your workspace.
- Invite your team (optional) - Add teammates by email, or choose Skip for now and invite people later.
- How you plan to use FormWise - One quick question so we can tailor your setup.
- Pick a plan - Choose the plan that fits. You can switch or cancel anytime from Settings > Billing.
When you land in your workspace, a short guided walkthrough shows you around.
A note about API keys - You do not need your own AI provider keys to get started. Runs use the credits included in your plan. On the Pro and Agency plans you can also add your own OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google Gemini keys under Settings > Integrations, so runs use your provider quota instead.
