Managing Flows in a Suite
Add, remove, and organize Flows within your Suite.
Managing Flows in a Suite
Once you have created a Suite, the next step is adding Flows to it. This guide covers how to add, organize, and configure the Flows inside your Suite. Suites can hold Agents too - the same steps below apply whether you are adding a Flow or an Agent.
Adding Flows
You can add any of your published Flows or Agents to a Suite. Only Flows that have a live (production) version are available to add - if a Flow is still in draft, you will need to publish it first.
- Open your Suite from the Suites page.
- Click Add Flow.
- Browse or search for the Flow (or Agent) you want to include.
- Select it and click Add. It will appear in your Suite's list.
Repeat this for each Flow you want to include. There is no limit to how many Flows a Suite can hold.
Ordering Flows
The order of your Flows determines how they appear to users when they open the Suite. Put your most important or popular Flows near the top.
To reorder Flows, drag and drop them into the position you want. The first Flow in the list will be the first one users see.
Setting credits per run
Each Flow in a Suite can have its own credit cost - the number of credits consumed every time a user runs that Flow. This gives you control over how you monetize or rate-limit usage.
- Find the Flow in your Suite's list.
- Set the credits per run value. For example, a quick text generator might cost 1 credit while a detailed report builder might cost 5.
- Your changes save automatically.
If you set credits to zero, the Flow is free to run for anyone with access to the Suite.
Removing Flows
If you no longer want a Flow in the Suite, you can remove it without deleting the Flow itself. The Flow stays in your account - it just will not appear in this Suite anymore.
- Find the Flow in your Suite's list.
- Click the remove button (or the three-dot menu and select Remove from Suite).
- Confirm the removal.
Removing a Flow from a Suite does not affect the Flow's settings, versions, or availability elsewhere.
Previewing your Suite
Want to see what your users will see? Use the Preview tab to view your Suite as an end user would experience it. Each Flow appears as a card showing its name, description, and icon. This is a great way to check that everything looks right before you share it.
Next steps
With your Flows in place, you can make the experience even better by adding personalization fields so every Flow adapts to your users' needs. Or, if you are ready to go live, learn about sharing and embedding.
