Creating a Suite

This guide walks you through creating a new Suite in FormWise. Once it is set up, you can start adding Flows and Agents and sharing it with your users.

How to create a new Suite

1. Open the Suites page from the sidebar on the left.
2. Click the New Suite button.
3. Enter a title for your Suite. Choose something clear and descriptive - this is what your users will see (for example, "Marketing Toolkit" or "Customer Support Suite").
4. Add a description to let your users know what the Suite includes and who it is for.
5. Upload a logo (optional). A custom logo helps brand your Suite and makes it stand out.
6. Set the status to control who can access it (see below).
7. Click Create. Your new Suite is ready - you can now start adding Flows and Agents to it.

Understanding Suite status

Every Suite has one of three statuses:

• Draft - The Suite is private. Only you (and your team members) can see and access it. Use this while you are still setting things up.
• Active - The Suite is live and publicly accessible. Anyone with the share link can view it, and it can be embedded on external websites.
• Archived - The Suite is hidden from users but still preserved in your account. Use this when you want to retire a Suite without deleting it. You can reactivate it at any time by switching it back to Active.

You can change the status at any time from the Suite's settings.

Configuring embedding settings

If you plan to embed your Suite on an external website, you will want to configure these settings:

1. Open your Suite and go to the Settings tab.
2. Under Embedding, toggle embedding on or off. When enabled, your Suite can be embedded on other websites using an iframe.
3. Add authorized URLs to control which websites are allowed to embed your Suite. This acts as an allowlist - only domains you add here will work. For example, you might add https://yourcompany.com so only your company site can embed it.
4. Optionally, configure a custom domain if you want your Suite to appear under your own branded URL instead of the default FormWise link.
