Organization Settings
Your organization profile is the identity of your team on FormWise. The basics - name, URL, plan, and builder appearance - live on the General page of Settings, which is titled Workspace. Your logo and brand theme, which your published Suites and Portals inherit, live on the separate Brand page.
Organization name
Your organization name appears throughout the dashboard and in any Suites you publish. It's visible to your team members and can help keep things organized if you manage multiple organizations. Owners and Admins can change it.
The Workspace card also shows your workspace URL, your current Plan, and the date the workspace was Created.
Logo and brand theme
Your logo and brand theme moved to the Brand page in the main sidebar, which shows a live preview of everything you publish. The General page shows your current logo with an Open Brand button that takes you there.
On the Brand page you can:
- Logo - Upload, Replace, or Remove your organization's logo.
- Appearance - Choose whether visitors see your published surfaces in light or dark.
- Themes - Pick one of the Presets, or create your own under Your themes. Suites and Portals inherit this theme unless they override it.
Only workspace admins can change the brand.
Builder appearance
The Appearance section on the General page has a Dark mode switch. It applies to the builder only and doesn't change what you publish.
AI chat disclaimer
The AI chat section sets an optional Chat disclaimer - a short line shown under the chat input on your published Flows, Agents, and Apps (for example, "Generated with AI, double check responses."). Each Flow, Agent, or App can override it in its own editor. Leave it blank for none.
How to update your organization settings
- Click your workspace name at the top of the sidebar and choose Workspace Settings - this opens the General page.
- Edit your organization name inline (click Edit next to the name).
- Toggle Dark mode under Appearance for the builder.
- To change your logo or brand theme, click Open Brand.
Your updates take effect immediately across the dashboard.
Danger zone
The Owner can permanently delete the workspace from the General page's Danger zone, after typing the workspace name to confirm. This removes all associated Flows, Suites, and team access, and cannot be undone.
