Organization Settings

Your organization profile is the identity of your team on FormWise. It controls the name, logo, and look and feel that your team sees on the dashboard - and that can be inherited by the Suites you share with the world. It lives on the General tab of Settings.

Organization name

Your organization name appears throughout the dashboard and in any Suites you publish. It's visible to your team members and can help keep things organized if you manage multiple organizations.

Logo

Upload your organization's logo to give your dashboard a branded feel. Your logo appears in the sidebar, on the dashboard header, and can also show up in Suite branding when shared with your users.

Recommended size is 256 x 256 pixels.

Theme

FormWise lets you customize the look and feel of your dashboard with theme settings:

• Light and Dark mode - Choose between a light or dark interface, depending on your team's preference.
• Color presets - Pick from a set of color presets to match your brand. Each preset adjusts the accent colors used across buttons, links, and highlights.
• Inherited by Suites - Your theme settings can carry over to the Suites you publish, giving your users a consistent, branded experience.

How to update your organization settings

1. Go to Settings in the sidebar - this opens directly to the General tab.
2. Edit your organization name inline (click Edit next to the name).
3. To change your logo, click Upload in the Logo row and choose a new image.
4. Under Interface and theme, toggle Light/Dark mode and choose a color preset.

Your updates take effect immediately across the dashboard.

Danger zone

Owners can permanently delete the workspace from the General tab's danger zone. This removes all associated Flows, Suites, and team access, and cannot be undone.
