Settings

The Settings section is where you manage everything behind the scenes - your workspace details, who has access, and the integrations that power your Flows. You can open Settings at any time from the workspace menu at the top of the sidebar.

What you will find here

When you open Settings, the sidebar switches to the settings pages:

• Profile - Your own personal account: profile picture, full name, your workspace role, and the option to leave the workspace. This is about you, not the organization.
• General - Your workspace's name, URL, plan, the builder's dark mode, and the AI chat disclaimer. See Organization Settings.
• Members - Invite team members, assign roles, and control who can do what in your organization. See Team Members.
• Integrations - Two tabs live here: API Keys for your LLM providers, and Connected Services for Composio. See API Keys.
• Billing - Your plan, subscription, and payment details.
• Payments - Connect a Stripe account so your organization can get paid by its own customers.
• API - Keys and secrets for calling FormWise from your own systems. See the API Overview.

Your logo and brand theme are not in Settings - they live on the Brand page in the main sidebar.

Getting to Settings

1. Open your FormWise dashboard.
2. Click your workspace name at the top of the sidebar, then choose Workspace Settings. This opens the General page.
3. Use the settings sidebar to switch between Profile, General, Members, Integrations, Billing, Payments, and API.
