File a document in a folder
Files a document (source) in a folder or page of its knowledgebase, or back on the knowledgebase Home with parentPageId: null. The pages list and the outline show it there, beside the pages it belongs with. A document lives in one place across the organization, so filing it here moves it out of a folder in another knowledgebase. Structural only: content and index are untouched and nothing waits for review. A document or folder outside the knowledgebase is not_found. Requires the knowledge:write scope; a personal key also needs the member role or above.
Authorization
apiKey An organization API key, created from a Portal's Webhooks page (Provisioning API card). The secret is shown once at creation and stored only as a hash. Keys are organization-wide and carry scopes (end_users:read, end_users:write). Rate limit: 120 requests per minute per key (sliding 60-second window).
