List changes
What was added or updated since a point in time: new or re-ingested source documents, page edits and archives, and (with a personal key) the member's new memories, oldest first. Call it first on a recurring job to find out what changed since the last run. Use all as the id for every knowledgebase this key may read. Pass the previous response's nextCursor as cursor to continue without gaps, or since to start from a timestamp. Free. Requires the knowledge:read scope.
Authorization
apiKey An organization API key, created from a Portal's Webhooks page (Provisioning API card). The secret is shown once at creation and stored only as a hash. Keys are organization-wide and carry scopes (end_users:read, end_users:write). Rate limit: 120 requests per minute per key (sliding 60-second window).
