Users

The people who use what you publish - who they are, where to find them, and how access is given.

Users

Your end users are the people who use the Flows, Agents, Apps, and Suites you publish - distinct from your team members (who are managed under Settings > Members). Every person who interacts with your published work gets an end-user identity in your organization, whether they signed in or not.

Find them under Access > Users & Groups in the sidebar: a Users tab (the directory, with Add user to create someone by email before they sign in) and a Groups tab.

Rolling out

The Access section is rolling out one workspace at a time. If your sidebar still shows Monitor > Users and Configure > Monetization, your workspace is on the previous layout - the pages below describe the new one and note where the old one differs.

How access works, in one sentence

An end user can reach an asset when a group they belong to is assigned to that asset. There are two kinds of group, and that is the whole model:

  • Assigned Groups - you manage the membership. The work runs on your organization's credits.
  • Self-Service Plans - membership is the subscription. Anyone who buys or joins the plan is in its group, with the plan's own credit allowance.

Assets are assigned to groups on the asset's Assignments tab. Portals are doors (branding plus an admission list), and Storefronts are where plans are sold. Neither one grants anything by itself.

Kinds of end users

  • Verified - signed in with their email and a one-time code. One identity per email across your whole organization.
  • HighLevel - users arriving through the GoHighLevel integration, identified by their sub-account. Like any other sign-in, arriving grants nothing; they reach what their groups and plans are assigned to.
  • Admin preview - you or a teammate viewing your own published products; kept separate so your testing doesn't pollute real usage data.

What you can see

Each user's record shows their identity, sign-in method, group memberships and plans, credit usage, and activity. Per-user run history lives in Activity and the per-user analytics drill-down.
