The whitelabel settings page is rolling out gradually. If you do not see Whitelabel in your organization settings yet, the rollout has not reached your organization.
Whitelabeling removes FormWise branding from everything your end users see, so the products you build read as fully yours. With it enabled, the "Powered by FormWise" badge disappears from:
- Portals - the login screen, workspace, and pricing pages
- Shared Flows and Agents - standalone share links and embeds
- Suites - shared collection pages
It also unlocks custom domains, so the whole experience can live on flows.yourbrand.com instead of the FormWise domain. Combined with per-Portal branding (your logo, colors, and sender identity), nothing in the end-user journey points back to FormWise.

On Creator, add it from Settings > Billing: the Whitelabeling add-on card attaches it to your subscription as a monthly line item, and it activates immediately. On Pro and Agency it is part of the plan, nothing to buy.
The whitelabel toggle
Whitelabeling is controlled by one organization-wide switch at Settings > Whitelabel. For entitled organizations it is on by default.
Turning it off:
- The "Powered by FormWise" badge returns to your end-user surfaces.
- Your custom domains stop resolving. They are kept, not deleted, so turning the toggle back on brings them back without any DNS changes.
This makes the toggle a safe way to preview both states or to pause the white-label presentation without dismantling your setup.
If your plan changes
Whitelabeling follows your entitlement. If you downgrade to a plan without it (and have no add-on), the badge returns and branded domains stop resolving until the feature is restored. Your configuration, including any connected domains, stays in place.
