Integrations
Connect FormWise with AI providers and external services.
Integrations
Integrations let you connect FormWise to the AI models and external services that power your Flows. By adding integrations, you unlock the full potential of your agents - from choosing which AI model to use, to giving them the ability to search the web, act inside other software, or show up embedded in a client's CRM.
Available integrations
FormWise supports five categories of integrations:
Connectors (Composio)
Connectors give your agents hands - access to actions in hundreds of external apps like Gmail, Google Sheets, Slack, Notion, and HubSpot. Connect a service once, then grant individual agents the specific actions they're allowed to call (send an email, update a spreadsheet, create a ticket, and so on).

LLM Providers
Large Language Model (LLM) providers are the AI companies whose models power your agents. FormWise currently supports:
- OpenAI - the GPT model family
- Anthropic - the Claude model family
- Google - the Gemini model family
You bring your own API key for each provider you want to use. Learn more in LLM Providers.
MCP Servers
Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers let your agents connect to external tools and data sources - things like databases, email services, calendars, and CRMs - by pointing at a server URL rather than a pre-built Composio connection. Think of it as giving your AI agent the ability to interact with other software on your behalf.
Learn more in MCP Servers.
Web Tools
FormWise includes built-in web capabilities that you can enable on any Agent node:
- Web Search - Let your agent search the web for current information.
- Web Scraping - Let your agent read and extract content from web pages.

GoHighLevel
If your organization runs a GoHighLevel agency, the GoHighLevel integration embeds FormWise Suites directly inside each of your sub-accounts, with single sign-on for the signed-in GHL user.

Where to configure integrations
Each integration lives where it's actually used, rather than one shared settings page:
- LLM Providers - Org-wide. Go to Settings, then the Integrations tab, then API Keys.
- Connectors (Composio) - Org-wide. Go to the Connectors page in the left sidebar.
- MCP Servers - Per Flow. Open a Flow, switch to its Integrations tab, and add a server there.
- Web Tools - Per agent. Open an Agent node inside a Flow and toggle Web Search / Web Scrape on - no separate setup required.
- GoHighLevel - Org-wide. Go to the HighLevel page in the left sidebar (available on the Agency plan).
Once an LLM provider or Composio connector is set up, it becomes available across every Flow and Agent in that organization.
