Audience

The people who use what you publish - who they are, where to see them, and how to manage their access.

Audience

Your end users are the people who use the Flows, Agents, and Suites you publish - distinct from your team members (who are managed under Settings > Members). Every person who interacts with your published work gets an end-user identity in your organization, whether they signed in or not.

Find them under Monitor > Users in the sidebar: a Directory of everyone, plus a Groups tab (beta) for cohort-based access.

Kinds of end users

  • Verified - signed in with their email and a one-time code. One identity per email across your whole organization.
  • Anonymous - using a Storefront that allows anonymous access. Identities are per-browser until they verify an email, at which point their history and usage carry over to the verified identity.
  • HighLevel - users arriving through the GoHighLevel integration, identified by their sub-account.
  • Admin preview - you or a teammate viewing your own published products; kept separate so your testing doesn't pollute real usage data.

What you can see

Each end user's record shows their identity, sign-in method, plans and credit usage, and activity. Per-user run history lives in Execution History and the per-user analytics drill-down.
